More pretty nail mail! The September Meebox is just as lovely as the August one as far as the presentation and the contents go. The same gorgeous wrapping, the same cute little “Hello, it’s mee” sticker (still in love with that) and a beautiful array of “Hello Sailor” themed goodies. So read on to see what we got this month.

Vinyls from nail-mail.co.uk

Vinyls from nail-mail.co.uk

First up we got some vinyls from nail-mail.co.uk – you can’t see from the picture but they’re just plain stripe ones. I love the packaging they come in though as it protects them and stops them peeling off/sticking to each other/generally becoming unusable. Plus there’s a little voucher inside with a code to get 10% off on the website so that’s always a bonus. There are tons of vinyls on here by the way. It’s split into 6 columns and each column has about 34 in it so that’s a whopping 204! On the website these should be £3.95.

Cute little anchor charms

Next up we have 2 lovely little anchor charms from She Sells Seashells – once again amazing packaging, nice little paper bag, the charms themselves safe in a sealed plastic bag and another little card with all the contact information on. The pair of charms are on the site for £1.50. There was also some nail glue included in the Meebox which I kept forgetting to photograph.

Nautical themed nail wraps

Next up we have some NCLA nail wraps. I’m not a fan of nail wraps (mainly because I’m rubbish at applying them) so these found a new home with a friend. From looking on the official site, these should be around $16.00 so probably about £13.00 depending on exchange rate.

3 gorgeous polishes to make your sailor theme complete

Finally we have the main reason we buy these boxes, the polishes! These are Cassella “Limitless”, C&E “Tomato” and Nails Inc Gel Effect “Old Burlington Street”. As the September subscription boxes hit in the middle of the 31 Day Challenge I didn’t get a chance to do any swatches so I’ll just have to try and describe them below. I will get round to some though once my nails have grown back (I cut them way down after the challenge).

Cassella “Limitless” – I’ve never heard of Cassella before but I’m currently wearing this one. It’s a British brand, 5 free that retails at £7.00 and from the site looks to be very new. I have to say I was impressed with the formula though and this white gave coverage in 2 coats. I’ll definitely be looking out for some more products from these guys.

C&E “Tomato” – Another brand I’ve never heard of. These retail for $8.00 so probably around £6.00. I haven’t tried this one on yet but it’s a lovely bright red with gold shimmer in it; very similar to Gloriana by A England but a bit more in your face with the gold.

Nails Inc Gel Effect “Old Burlington Street” – again I haven’t worn this one yet but my friend did and it lasted a good 4 days for her (she’s got an 18 month old boy so her nails have to withstand motherhood). If it’s anything like the yellow we received last month I’m going to love this one. This sells for £14.00

So this months box is amazing value. For £20.00 we’ve had amazing packaging, tracked courier delivery and around £45.00 worth of actual goodies. How fab is that?! I’m actually really shocked how good value that is now I’ve worked it out. Who else has had a September Meebox?
